From Full Moon to New Moon, the Moon’s light is decreasing. She’s losing form. At the moment, we continue to let go, release, retire. We take advantage of this time to look within.
If you began the Co-Create the Life You Want series with us, these past few weeks may have been a big whirlwind of changes for you starting with your New Moon intentions activity. For those who have seen their intentions begin to manifest, don’t stop working on them, but allow yourself some breathing time. For those who didn’t see their intentions yet, be sure to complete the Full Moon activity and keep in mind, New Moon is right around the corner.
After all the intensity of the Full Moon, it can be tempting to just want to binge watch your favorite series on Netflix while your spouse massages your feet, and you should! But don’t allow your need to unplug for a bit turn into a slump. Take your day off and then get back to creating that life you want. It’s not a good time to begin something new, but it’s the perfect time for “downtime” activities. Here are a few things you can do:
Research how to grow your intentions further. Maybe there’s something you need to learn? Take a look at Udemy classes.
Take stock of what you have. Maybe your goal was to expand your business? I’m considering expanding, and offering to the public, my Shakti infused spiritual oils so I spent some time today reviewing my dry herbs lists, what I need to restock, and what other herbs I can test to make the oils even more potent.
Meditate. Especially if you’re feeling disappointed because your intentions are not maifesting. Meditation heightens the frequency of your vibration and the higher your vibration, the stronger your magnetic pull is. This leads to you attracting ideas and opportunities that will leave you feeling grateful, which will heighten the frequency of your vibration even more! It’s a beautiful cycle!
Reflection. Journal about what you’ve learned or even better, share it with friends so they can learn from your experience. There are victories in gaining knowledge, celebrate that.
